Remembering the less fortunate
Wags to Whiskers takes pride in helping animals that are less fortunate.  We support the local animal shelters and HSUS and ASPCA and well as our local animal shelter in Charlotte , NC .  We would like to encourage you to do the same.  It’s nice to remember those less fortunate animals by making a donation to your local shelter or rescue group.  It doesn’t have to be monetary either, many shelters need towels, food, blankets, newspapers, brooms, laundry detergent, large trash bags, chew bones, paper towels, cat litter, toys, and you (if you’ve got the time).  Please help these non-profit organizations so they can continue helping those animals less fortunate in our community.  And if you are looking to adding to your family I encourage you to visit your local animal shelter or internet (www.petfinder.org) for your next family member.  One final word… Remember to spay or neuter your pet.  By doing so your cat or dog can reduce the pet population by as much as 80,399,780 over 10 years.
